Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Contact Info: appointments aren’t refundable, but no worries—you can reschedule as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Just a little FYI: because we're super busy, you can only reschedule once. If you need to make more changes after that, the appointment will be cancelled, and no refunds will be given. Once we agree on a new time, make sure to confirm it quickly so we can lock it in for you! . On rare occasions, something out of the blue might pop up, and we’ll need to reschedule your appointment. If that happens, we’ll offer you either a refund or a new time that works for you.
Email Readings are different, you have two hours to cancel your order, after this time if work has started on your reading then your cancellation is nul & void, part of your payment is for my time.
